I know this is not at all really important. But is there anyone who has a Twin Turbo Evo 8 or 9 . Or has any one really tried to make a twin turbo evo....

 

Twin turbo four cylinder isn't really practical. It not east to spool a turbo on two cylinders. Someone twincharged (supercharger/turbo) a while back but I haven't heard about that thing in a long time.

Bottom line...You don't twin turbo charge a four cylinder car.

 

I know this. I just was wondering if anyone out there tried it out.

 

you would be stupid to do so, or know nothing. Spool 2 tiny *** turbos using 2 cyclinders or 1 nice fat turbo with 4?

 

Maybe a Evo with a RB26 motor

 

i think the stock twin scroll spools fast enough, its top end that you want

 

I know it's not an Evo, but it's a B-series Honda...Not sure of the turbo specs either; someone just posted their welding job on the mani and dps.

 

i saw it done a few years ago by a kid named "cosmo" from the chicago area. twin 16g's and it was cobbed together. ran 11.3's at an AMS trackday in indiana.

 

Hey there is some guy doing a twin turbo set up on a 2000+ Eclipse GS over in colorado.....It doesn seem like a very good Idea to me...

theres a car on dsmtimes page that recently went 10.57 at 135mph on twin evo3 16g turbos. I think that is the most serious effort on a 4g63

edit, nevermind. just found it was a 3000gt

 

What about 4 16gs turbo..1 for each cylinder?
