Although I am a newbie, from what I know about other vehicles I have owned and worked on, certain bolt ons should make a small difference with performance. now if the specs say this vehicle is able to run 13.4ish stock, I would imagine you could get low low 13's or high 12's. But it also depends on the driver. For instance, I am sure stock I am running in the 14's if i am lucky lol. Like it was stated above, the actual track times will tell the truth.

the 8s are likely to be a mid to high 13 second car. ams ran there satge 1 at a best of 12.9 thats with a tune and turboback. 9s are more of a low 13, high 12 car stock but with a tune and turboback its a whole different story.

most people that go to the track the first time have horrible times. so you cant really argue about this its just the driver that makes up for it.

With those mods and a great launch and a good driver
and a good track....etc. etc. etc.....AND a IX you should be in the mid 12's. With an 8 a little slower around high 12's to low 13's This is taking into account around 22psi good weather etc. But you get the drift. Id say high 12's arent out of the question.

Not sure what model evo Ill have yet(more then likely newer)...just need a ballpark..but that will be my starting mods...live close to turbotrix so ill probably go w/ their dyno tune.
yeah start with some kind of stg1 and a flash and go from there. I think the Warrtalon stg1 is the best stg1- thats just my opinion.

im a noob to evo's as well, but not to performance vehicles.. from what ive read about the evo's if you had yourself an evo ix, and went with a full tbe, mbc, and a tune your gonna be close to 330awhp and that will net you close to a 12.0 flat..

those same mods +cams in an evo viii will get you close to about 300awhp and would get you in the mid 12's solidly. a catback system is still leaving a lot of restriction, you really need to go full turbo back exhaust to get some good gains.
