~Buschur racing stage one???????

I just bought a bone stock 03 evo, and have been looking at the best upgrades for around $1500 total. I have heard nothing but good things from buschur racing, and their 3" tbe. What about their s1 kit? best way to spend $1350 bucks? anyone have this kit? They claim 315hp on the dyno jet. Any info on this would be great! or Im open to other suggestions..... thanks again!

Best way to go for the money in my opinion, and for the power and driveability is the Buschur Warrtalon package.

The Warrtalon Stage 1 is $1575 and includes:
BR 3" TBE
Forge Manual Boost Controller
Boost Gauge w/ Pod
Forge RS BOV
Walbro Fuel Pump
ECU Flash

The standard BR Stage 1 is $1350 and includes:
BR 3" TBE
BR Air Filter Kit
BR Manual Boost Controller
Boost Gauge w/ Pod
BR EVU Flash

I do recommend doing the air filter even though some do not. The stock air box IS a restriction. Allowing the turbo to breathe is a good thing. The fuel pump is also a good thing. Upgrading that will allow you to run a bit more boost. I do not feel upgrading the OEM BOV is needed at this point. That is something we do when its time for stage 2.

The difference between stock and Stage 1 is honestly night and day difference. Im sure you will be happy with whatever package you chose. Once you feel the car opened up its hard to stop with the modifications because it just gets better and better.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I'll be glad to lend a hand.

Take care!

Thanks again for the info. So is the regular s1 put out 315hp and the ws1 300? I do agree about the fuel pump. But i have heard bad things about bovs. also I intended to get intake. I drove a evo with an hks intake, and loved the sound of it without the bov..........what are your thoughts on that intake? also, what muffler would you suggest, and why? (bullet, or magnaflow)? Thanks again for the help!

I have the WARR stg1, and the reason why I picked it over the BR stg1 is cause it has the fuel pump and better quality BOV, and I like to run race gas and turn boost up! Also ive seen people run alot of HP with stock air box
oh and if your lookin to turn heads like cops chicks ect... than get the test pipe and Bullet.

All in all this can be all bought at Buschur racing, and theyve set the bar, so you can't go wrong.

good luck
