Well there are several routes you can take.

A 50 trim/30R/35R will definately get you there but you will have to upgrade to O2 housing, exhaust manifold, downpipe, and long with some others...but some kits include all the necessary parts to do it. The good thing about these if that you already have the parts if and when you decide 400whp isnt enough and want to go bigger. Spooling is a little later depending on which you get.

A FP Green/modded Evo IX is cheaper and you will can still utilize many stock parts, such as exhaust manifold, etc. Spool like stock since...well it is a IX turbo. But if you want more power then a new kit will be needed and more money will be wasted.

In the end if you believe you can suffice with 400whp and dont want to go bigger...then Green is a very good route. I am in the same boat but opted for a 50 trim because I want the option of future power.

evo 9 with evo 9 turbo, meth, and supporting mods. By the way I read in a couple of car magazines that the stock evo 9 turbo could be maxed out to 430.

route im going is amsgt35rl turbo kit w/ bigger injectors, ams fm intercooler, etc. what i've noticed so far is ppl who's got 400+whp they always after a while want to go higher number, if you got fd green and max out at 400whp your only gonna waste more money on top of buying that to buy bigger turbo, gt35 you can tweak it and get it up to 550whp from 400
