Wuzup yall... i just bought my evo ix 3 weeks ago and i need some help with modding.. and I know I wanna start off with buying an intake, turbo back exhaust , fuel pump and get my ecu reflashed.. the problem is what brands are the best for all the stuff imma buy.. that will give me more bang for the buck?? and do you know if I get that stuff will the dealership void my warranty??

 

Buschur or AMS staged upgrades... Warranty?? "crickets chirping" I didnt know we had one...

 

If you fart on your seats, it voids the warranty. They don't take kindly to any modifications. As far as parts, do a little research.

 

I dont think the ix's will ever need a new fuel pump unless ur going over 400

 

People with vetts,mustangs and other performance cars mod their vehicles and you don't here them complaining about warranties,or that Chevrolet or ford black lists them.Why is Mitsubishi so picky about their products,dosen't make sense.

 

cuz mitsubishi isnt dumb, they save millions a year by saying OMG BOOST GAUGE, VOIDED!!

dont worry about a fuel pump. just get a tbe, mbc, and good tune and youll be about 330awhp. you can with a warrtalon buschur package which is good bang for the buck. but you can really go with any exhaust system you like.

 

I had a question about the Bushur and AMS exhuast they include with their packages. How do they sound? Is it more deep and low rumble or high picthed? Take me forever to download stuff over here, and I am just looking for an idea of how much impact it will have on daily driving, I dont really mind if its loud as long as its not honda high.

 

+1 nowadays if it didnt come stock itll void it... GM tried to void my warranty because they thought my intake was throwing a gas cap code.. retards

 

id say buschur intake , turbo back is personal preference i went greddy ti cuz it weighs less than 10lbs, fuelp pump = walbro, and the reflash i oersonally would go with dynoflash, look into a hallman mbc too
