Oil...

I just got my Evo IX SE a few days ago, and a question popped into my head. What's a good brand of oil that I should you when the 3k miles roll around? Any suggestions?

Thanks, I thought there might be some kind that I haven't heard about yet. Agent47, was that Amsoil 10W30 Turbo formula?

Mobil 1...why would you use anything else? It's what wants and it's honestly the best. Go to Wal-Mart and get yourself a 5qt. jug for a great price and you're set.

Mobil 1 is BARELY a synthetic. It's what Mitsubishi wants YOU to use because they made a deal with Mobile...that's the only reason.

Tons of info on this throughout the site. Search and you will find your answers.

EDIT: As long as the oil is fully synthetic and a proper weight you should be fine. I personally use 0w40 Syntec European blend. It's a little thicker but when heated runs through just like a 30 weight.
