It could be the BPV leaking because it's not set hard enough. This will allow boost pressure to bleed back into intake causing your low boost problem.. Do you have the stock BPV you could put back on?

Isnt that set screw supposed to be turned down some? Loosen up the nut and turn that screw down. It will take a few tries till you get it perfect but thats how yer sposed to adjust it.

Yeah, try swapping the factory DV back in for comparo reasons. Why is that Greddy thing on there anyway? Sorry, I mean, why did you install the Greddy BOV?

I have the same DV, you need to take the top off and remove the smaller spring then put it back together. then you need to crank that sucker a lttle harder. Your screw is way to far out. The reason I say take out the inner spring is it will get rid of that fludder you are most likely experiencing.

I kept in both springs in my type s, and have no flutter. Mine is also set a lot harder than the one in the pic above, and it holds to 22 psi easy.

I am running 23 PSI out of my type RS and regardless of how hard or soft the spring was set it fluttered. I removed the spring and it works great. But you running the type S with out flutter really suprises me. From what I heard the type S was supposed to be notorious for flutter, and the RS was supposed to have fixed it all. But when I installed my RS it fluttered like it was VTA so I decided to do the type S spring mod from evomoto to it and now its running like a champ.

there was a thread- a long long time ago, that we heavily discussed this. had some pics as well. I did try the single spring method, but it didn't hold boost as well.
i will look up the thread.
