Get an Intake and it will make the Pshhh Sound u're looking for , alot till u have enough.
but get a Tune afterwards.

Intake = $320
Tune = $199

get intake. you get high pitch whistle sound(like tokyo dift Rx7) and when you change gear, psssssssh.
But at low rpm, mine makes psh-psh-psh! damn turkey sound.
still no tune =D

get your stuff from classified here.
intake will cost you around $50-100(depends on brand)
tune will cost you $90 cable $50 tune = $140

just put a kn drop in and take the top of the intake box away. Itll make that pss sound you want and best of all when you get tired of it you just strap the cover back on. ive stayed away from intakes since some members say they dont filter as good and let dirt and other stuff in.

Isn't there a similar sound from a external wastegate to a dump valve incidently?

I just have full exhaust and I cut a hole in the top cover of my stock airbox.

It has plenty of pssh when u floor it and shift!

If it sounds a little rough or un-tamererd then its probably an intake, If its consistent and concentrated then ur hearing a bov (only available in turboed cars)

IMHO its cool for a while, but like a loud droning exhaust it gets annoying. I think you're better off actually making the car faster, since that never really gets old.
