You see how on like Tein setups it's one big unit and a spring? Go to
http://www.tein.com/ssdamp.html to see it. To adjust something like that, there's usually something coming out the tower brace to adjust it. GC's on the other hand, what you do is, you shove a strut right up in the hole, through the spring. and that's your setup. You adjust the GC's by moving the threaded sections up and down. Suspension is not
my forte but I think I kiiinda cleared that up.

I posted the same thing when you asked the question last time in the Parts Index

There's not a huge difference
Ground controls

Coilovers (Tein RA)

Both funtion the same way. With the GCs you have to buy shocks/struts.
Both are adjusted the same way. It's hard to explain the differences. Do a little searching you'll see the difference. Most people (ricers) buy GCs and put them on their stock struts and slam their cars

Sorry but I just have a hard time understanding what your trying to say, maybe its cause I've never seen one before except through the online pictures. Maybe you could take the picture and point to where the adjustments are being made.

Thanks Brian, I understand why they are so much more expensive now!
