What R best Brake Pads for the Track / Daily Driving....

I need to change all four brake pads on my car. and i was wondering since i do a lil bit of drag racing, what are some good/best brake pads to get for it... also good for daily driving... also wont give me black rims w/ the brake dust they will cause....

also i was looking into slotted/drilled rotors what are some of the best to use w/ the stock brembo set up these cars come w/ .... Cause i really dont have the money to switch all the brake system set up.... Like calipers cause i hate these brembos...

If by track you meant the drag strip it really doesn't matter what you put in there for pads as long as they aren't bars of soap or something.

I like the Hawk Pads. I have them on my mustang and they work very consistently through temp ranges, biting a bit more as they heat up. Raybestos is really good too.

The stock brembo's are great. Why do you hate them? Also, "drilled" rotors that are not cast will crack when they heat up. Big brake kits and upgraded pads and rotors won't help you stop much quicker, but will resist fade on a road course. You don't need them for drag racing, and any aggressive pad will cause dust.

the stock brembos are great no reason to change unless you are rich, or you fall for the hype. As for pads autozone duralast golds are great cheap lifetime warranty (replace every year or 2 for free) and work well, much more happy with them then my hawk HPS for daily driving/low temps. Anything will work for the strip but you need hotter temp range for roadraceing
