Quote: Whats a good one for OVER 1,000 HP. im doing my build here soon. and im buying part by part so when i have everything i go ahead and do it and not have my car standing for a couple of weeks. waiting on parts. also im not rich so i have started early. and im doing a pretty big build. so ppl wait and see.
How exactly do you plan on making 1000 whp?

You buy bov's based on how much boost they can hold, not how much power your car makes. A 500 whp car on 20 psi can use the same DV sucessfully as a stock turbo car on 20 psi.

Quote: next question recurculating or atmospheric
You CAN VTA on the stock ECU, but it's better to re-circ. A good tune will eliminate most bucking/stalling with VTA and no EMS, but save yourself the hassle.

To get 1000 WHP out of a 2-Liter he's gonna need a serious turbo like a 42R set to a pretty serious boost level, big diameter IC piping, a large diameter gate to vent it, maybe even dual gates, as well as dual VTA's probably. He should ask someone that's actually been there and done that themselves like, DB, AMS or Al.

It wasn't a question, I know what it takes to get 1000 whp. I wanted to know his EXACT planned mod list for that. After all, if your going for 1000, you better know what the **** your doing. This is the same kid that wanted brake pad recommendations for the drag strip.
