Boost problems.....

Boost problems.....

I changed my throttlebody shaft seals and the TB gasket and I can't figure out where I'm still leaking boost. any ideas?

You can't figure out where?

Not sure how you can not figure out where...did you do a boost leak test with a bottle of soapy water? That does miracles

Did the test can't see any bubbles. I've got 62k miles. Only maxing 16psi-17psi in 1st-3rd gear and 18psi in 4th gear then back down to 16psi in 5th gear. Maybe the clutch is going out?

Is your car equipped with a boost controller? If so, then why not turn up the boost?

+1 it could also be the heat. what are you boosting on cool evenings?

yeah, stock is only 19 psi and then it drops to 15-16 psi after about 3k rpm.
