OEM BOV... not sure if all the IXs have metal ones or just the MR, but on non-MR VIII's it was plastic, and I have been told the metal BOV from the MR holds more boost than the plastic ones... heres another option from GFB that lets you VTA to get the sound you want and it dumps some air back into the intake track (recirculating it) so you supposedly get no drivability problems, but still get the sound:

I dont have one so I cant tell you how well it works, but this setup or something similar might be your best bet if you want the sound of a VTA...
