EID for VTA or just go stock?
EID for VTA or just go stock?
Should I invest in an EID for my VTA since I already have it, or just convert back to stock, buy a cone shaped filter and leave it at that? Sh*it's buggin me forreal.
I have a SRI and cone filter with the stock BOV and its a little too "Swooshy" for me. It definately is louder. An EID is just a bandaid for a bigger problem. I would just go back to stock or get an aftermarket recirc, or hybrid BOV.
Stock, aftermarket recirculate, or the hybrid would be the best one to go with. I have a HKS bov and its a VTA, gets annoying, loud and tends to stall the engine when coming to a stop. I'm currently using the stock one but about to change out all my intercooler, piping, and cone filter wtih the hks parts and a adjustable GFB hybrid bov with the trumpet.
I think I'm just gonna go back to stock and then just get a cone filter and tbe. I know what you mean though about the "swoosh"... get's annoying after awhile and my car only stalled at higher RPM's in 5th... pissed me off..
Even with the cone filter, If I pull off a stop light in first every honda in the immediate 10 mile radius hears the call and comes v-teking beside me. I just went out to get groceries da%^it!!!!!

yea, but performance wise, I'd rather turn it back to stock and invest in the filter vs. keeping my current bov and continue to stall out at higher rpms. I'm not a ricer, but I can't help the sound.. I LOVE IT!!.. but it does attract a lot of attention as well. I'm just looking for performance first.
