Question Limit The EVO X's Engine?

Hey im 17 and the evo will be my first "sports car" I have a gli now but its power doesnt compare to the Evo X. I was wondering if there was a away to limit or govern the power of the evo so i would be able to ease my way into the power that the evo has to offer?

the best way to achieve what you are asking, is to learn how to tighten the nut behind the wheel!

Why would you want to limit the power? Its not that powerful. Shouldnt get the car if you dont think you can handle it.

honestly if you're worried about controlling that power, wait for the RA. you'll save mucho dinero anyways, and you can put that money into driving schools and such that'll teach you how to use, handle and respect the kind of power these cars make. as an added bonus, you can spend the 10K you saved on mods

4.7 isnt that fast for 0-60
Turn the boost down :P either A get a mbc and turn it down. or B unplug the line from the wastegate - boost solenoid

Honestly having a pedal stopper would help. The best way is to just be responsible and if you cant handle it at WOT, simply, dont go WOT. Dont worry, you dont go 0-60 in 4.7 or whatever its rated at if you go easy on it.
