Transmission, going in for the third time this weekend in 6000 miles. Car wont go into 1st or 2nd.
YEAR: 2003
Mileage: 36775
Mileage (Current): 43,001
FIX/REPLACE: Not sure of the exact mileage on each but has been at the dealership twice already for Transmission issue. Not going into gear, popping out of reverse, etc. Will be going in for Third time this weekend.
Drive style: I rarely drive my evo. I have had it since Aug 2006 and only put on roughly 6000 miles so far. Most miles are babied, but i do get on it occasionally.

Sounds like there is something else wrong with the car. Maybe something is out of whack on the rear diff or the frame causing stress on the TC and tranny.
