I put down 331whp on a dynojet with the following:
BR turbo back w/ test pipe
BR cone filter
Forge Bov
Forge boost controller (21 psi if I remember correctly)
HKS 280 cams
Walboro fuel pump
Tune

That was it.

Now you are in the 360WHP range? What are you mods? Is this with 93 pump only? If you dont want to share with everyone please PM me.

Do you have a check engine light on with those cams for misfire?

what if... i have these mods.

Air filter, TBE, FPgreen and thats it....

can I even do that? With an FPgreen do I need injectors and all that other funky stuff?

I mean it is a direct bolt on right? Can't I bolt it on with the few mods I have for now, flash it and just slowly put the other mods in like inectors, upper and lower I/C pipes, cams etc?? then go for a tune? I don't want to stay stock turbo if I can work off a better turbo.... you know? why buy all these mods if the stock turbo can only go so fast... Id rather start with a different foundation.

It's only beneficial for you to peruse the treasure trove of information this site has collected over the years for your benefit.

You've been here since November of 2006 and have roughly 300 posts. I cannot for the life of me understand how you got through 1.5 years of usage out of an Evo and not know that the FP Green turbo will bolt right up. I've seen worse things in my life so I'll forgive you for that...

The green turbo seems to work really well with the VIII because they already came with the smaller turbo than the IX did. There are a few members on here with exactly the same set-up you are inquiring about and most of them are putting down the numbers you're seeking.

About getting the bigger injectors with the green, I would strongly suggest you upgrade from the stockers when using the green for the simple fact that your IDC's may be reaching peak point.

It is imperative that you tune for all your mods to take advantage of every little power increase you can. I'm surprised you haven't tuned even for the mods you have now. I cannot begin to think how sluggish your car must be as it sits now without a tune.

Let me know if you have any more questions. I'll be glad to help you...

330whp on a DD with just simple mods? Ummmm, I dont think so. If you noticed everybody else that posted there results had dynoed on a DJ. The DD is the heart-breaker as many people have been know to call it.
