I dont like daily driving mine. Exhaust is too loud (3" with test pipe), get hassled by the police constantly, loud drivetrain noise, I could keep going and going... It all depends on what you can stand. I know the car isnt a CLK or anything

id say keep the evo sell the truck and take 2k a buy a civic 4door and take your wife and kids on vacation at the end of the year with all that money you saved for gas or put the money on mods for you evo and treat yourself for having to drive the turd all year long you will not have ricer rev at you or a loud exhaust or bumpy ride my 02

LOL, My three year old loves the Evo as much as I do. He always says its HIS evo. I laugh every time he just walks up to someone and says " My evo is fast, it goes vvrrrmPSHHHHHHH!"

I drive mine seven days a week, although when my Chevy finally gets put back together it will be reduced to weekdays only. I think the Evo is a fine daily driver, and it rattles less than my 350Z did. I would certainly call it a 4-door that can handle any situation.

Depends on your hobbies and lifestyle. I like to ride bmx and mountain bikes and while the evo was awesome to drive I didn't want to put a roof rack on it and shoving the bikes in the back seat (carefully - seat removed) became a PITA. If you have a cheap daily driver in addition to the evo then I'd say it isn't a problem.
