Sounds like bad juju buddy.
You can get alot more than 335WHP with a lot less mods. Since its a dealer you have no idea what the PO did to it. Unless you could get either:
1) A warranty (dream a little dream)
2) or have reputable tuner who can make sure its fit to inspect it. I would keep looking.
Of course if your heart is set on it then: tell them you think the car has been abused and you want it for pocket change to fix all that 'cruddy tuner stuff'. After all it could cost you thousands if it is busted.....

Ok so i talked to the dealer, and had a mitsubishi mechanic take a look at it..
the idiot dealer guy guessed it was 335hp... but its obviously more than that with all the upgrades..
the mechanic said it was all set up properly and professionally installed. and nothing appeared to be wrong with it at all.

You are still going to face unexpected issues once you buy a modified car and the warranty from a dealer can be very tricky, though they may state you can get it.
If you can expect the unexpected to some degree and have income to have the car running right then why not.

Turbo could be a FP green, if it's upgraded at all. It's looks stock based on the hotside and stock replacement manifold. It's running a speed density setup via the AEM EMS it seems, to the BOV shouldn't cause problems.
Nothing seems out of the ordinary based on the photos ... definitely drive it though.

I would drive a stock evo and this one to make sure you can tell what the car should feel like, I don't mean power wise just drivability wise. You need to know what the stock evo feels like to make an educated test drive. This should be around 400-425 on a dyno jet.
