Powder Coating Melted To Hubs?

I recently had my OEM IX wheels powdercoated black. Yesterday I made an attempt to roatate the tires, but discovered that the wheels would not budge. It appears to me that the powder coating has melted onto the hubs. Is there any good way to break the seal without causing any damage to the hubs or wheels? Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions.

remove all the bolts then hit the tires with a large rubber mallet, this should do the trick and make them loose

This happens to my stock rims all the time. I take a 3 lb. sledge and rap the wheel on the side wall and it pops rite off. So I dont think its the powder coating.

Oh cool. I just don't want the car to fall off of the jack stand when I hit the wheel with a sledge or mallet.
