It sucks in cali that not every gas station has 93oct,but with a good tuner your evo can still make good power.I suggest you don't do a mail flash becuase every car runs and has different temperments and how they boost.I hear reese tuning in san diego is good they will custom tune for you to max out all your mods,i also heard that they run your car on the dyno around 20 to 30 runs to get maximum power. With the setup you have with out cams you be around 320whp,and with gsc1 cams 350whp on 91oct 22psi.

That's not true about the lopy idle depends on who's installing the cams, they can either smooth it out for you or leave choppy just see how you like it.S1's are quite mild tho it doesn't even need a valve spring upgrade,s2 are more wild and reqiure them plus those cams are lumpy. Now for downpipe, and o2 housing i like buschur's products the downpipe fit's amazing and there o2 housing has a heat coating on it there boost controller is really good too i have there original style and it hold boost better with less spike then the hallman.I use to have a hallman i wasn't to impressed with it personaly.I have my boost set to 24 psi and it only spikes to 25psi and holds 22psi till redline, thats great for a stock turbo.

i want mine to get to 22 psi then stay as close to there as i can, so ill go with all my other parts, but buschur's Dp and o2 housing, so after i have all my stuff, hks intake, catback, S1s, buschur dp and o2 housing,AMS licp, walbro 255, and the buschur racing web site doesnt have a dp and o2 housing, so where should i look for it or get it? and what bc should i get

Down Pipe
https://secure.buschurracing.com/cat...products_id=61
and this o2 housing work together and bolt up to the stock cat...
o2 housing
https://secure.buschurracing.com/cat...roducts_id=714
and what LICP is better, the buschur one or the ams one

The buschur downpipe doesn't bolt up to the stock cat.You have a couple choices you can go to a muffler shop and have them fab up a flange to the stock cat or upgrade to a high flow cat,and even better use a testpipe aka straightpipe for 10whp more. The stock cat on a evo is very restricted,so for little more money invest in the other two a suggested you.Now for lower intercooler piping goes i think the ams one is overrated, becuase the reason for upgrading is to get rid of s bends and krinks, the stock pipe is only 2.25to 2.00 inchs that really restricts flow. The ams is 2.50inchs,and then necks down to 2.25 again to me there's no purpose for that i like (ets.com)lower pipe better because it 2.50 the whole way threw. The fitment is perfect has a black temperature coating on it,and the best part it's 50 dollars cheaper.Ets makes great stuff that's affordable to the public.

Landis, if you are interested, I have a DC Sports downpipe with Cat-de;ete built in, already has a wideband bund welded in, and I will include the CEL fix for free with it. If you are interested, PM me. I will make you a damn good deal on it, and yes it bolts up to the Buschur 02 housing and stock cat-back flange. The DP worked great for me and the only reason I am getting rid of it is my new turbo kit comes with a v-band DP and I now have Buschurs V-bant TBE. I would go with the Buschur 02 and LICP.
Here is a link to Buschurs LICP (top is for Evo 8, 2nd is for Evo 9, not sure which you have:
