I would run 20-23 PSI with the right tune. Do yourself a favor and search, look up the 20g turbo on parts store website I.e. Buschur, vivid racing, and see what they are running with it. Then find out if your car has it.

What are you mods now?

Do yourself another favor, find a good tuner, or even mail it in, but check out you rom/tune thats on there. Just to make sure everything is where it should be...... I also would change out the manifold, hotside, and then the 20g, then of course a retune to dial it in....

Start out around 14 or 15psi, then tune it and work your way up till you knock or start to run lean. As far as the installation, I'm not sure

Do some preliminary research(search button) to verify, but, if I am not mistaken, the Eclipse turbos are not a direct bolton to the Evo exhaust manifold, or the Evo O2 housing either. Additionally, the oil/coolant lines may not interface either.

I've never inspected an Eclipse turbo myself, but, from what I understand, the turbine housing is not a twinscroll design. Although, it would not be a direct bolton swap, there is a kit available from Buschur which would allow you to use this turbo on an Evo. Just be aware that you are in for additional expense and hassle.

Ultimately, you are probably better off just buying the proven FP EvoGreen. This is the most widely accepted "20G" turbo upgrade for the Evo. Or, talk to Buschur, as they have a wealth of knowledge concerning the earlier 20G's, and they also sell the 20G-LT(EvoGreen).
