I made my own SSL/SE

I have a 03 with full SE interior (front/rear seats, steering wheel, c/f dash trim, c/f brake handle) and my own 12" sub and sunroof.

SE has leather bolsters and headrests and and alcantara suede in the middle with red stitching

the SSL seats are all leather.

Why would you take the aluminum roof away from the SE?

IMO, SE hands down. Unless you MUST have a sunroof. Leather cracks more, peels, gets hot, cold, slippery, sticky, etc. I hate leather so much. Haha, even my sofa. Other than looks. Suave FTW! It will get worn down much faster imo. But GL with whatever you choose. Welcome to the wonderful world of Evo's.

Also, they only made SE's for one year so far. And you get the best of all worlds!

I wish I could mix and match, the se seats with the sunroof...I still love my SSL though, sounds more than good enough for me...but the sunroof was why I chose it over an SE, and I've loved every minute of it, especially nice sunny days (although all of my previous cars had a sunroof as well, so I definitely would have missed it)
