ok im a noob when it comes to cars and yes i made the mistake of putting on a vta bov (this was before i knew it was bad). Ok so i got my friend to help me seafoam my car and now its spitting a mist out of the BOV when it boosts. So im guessing we put it in the wrong line but im not to sure. Any ideas? help?

i have no experience with seafoam but do whatever u can to get that out of ur system. after u do chance ur bov and u should be set.

friend said it was good for the car

 

does your friend have an evo too? seafoam is usually for older cars that need help with cleaning out their carb/injectors.

 

no he doesnt but he has a newer car but any idea of how i can fix this problem? i need this fix any help would be nice

well i asked someone i knew and i found out one of my friend put it in my line that goes to my turbo...and a line that goes to my intake..so if anyone has a suggestion on how to fix this it would be nice thanks
