look at it this way, how many times are people gonna be lookin under your hood? Save your baller money for items that can be admired everyday. Carbon splitters, wheels, exhaust, ect...

dont waste your money on the arc. Best thing to do is keep your stock box (put in kn filter)and put that money towards your exhaust. But if you just have to get one go for the buschur or AEM

It all depends on what you want; additional horsepower without the looks = cone filter, additional horsepower with the baller looks = ARC. The ARC maybe a little more expensive, but look around, there's a thread with someone selling theirs for $225 with only 1k. The worst thing you want to do is buy something and then wish you went a diffrent way, that can be even more expensive. It really all depends on what you want to do with the car.

Power isnt everything if it isnt filtering:

Apexi shows to filter very well. The choice is up to you.

Good Luck!!

ARC I love it, I am going to mod it to use with my 35R setup, its a little large for something but its so nice and does draw allot of attention. I got mine used, just clean the filters with soap and water last for a long time. And I love the sound it makes for the intake its heaven.
