hey guys so i was supposed to buy my evo this weekend but the deal fell through so i did some searching and found another evo but the guys seats were stolen so he replaced them with nice evo mr leather ones. but the title now says repair on it i guess. Will i have any trouble with the DMV because of this or will registration be no problem? thanks

 

does anyone know the answer? the car had the seats, radio and wing stolen which is why the title says repair but the car has a clean carfax and the guy put everything back in.

 

you shouldnt have a problem as long as you have a title. it doesnt really matter if its repair salvage or normal - they may want you to bring the car in for inspection but other than that you should be good man

 

You shouldn't have any problem. The only problem might be to prove it has been fixed. If it has been fixed, then its good.

 

yea the thing looks mint. it didnt even look like theives were in there. i actually prefer the seats the guy put in and he put a new factory radio in there which i really dont care about anyway cuz i like listening to my car rumble so i dont need a crazy system and then i will just have to swap with someone who has a trunk with a spoiler and wants to go wingless.
