buying a evo X mr
just stop posting period.
i did drive my friend's honda for 2 days once. i was afraid to step on the gas because of that flatulent exhaust note. sounded like a lawnmower going as fast as it could. those cars really irritate me.
how can anyone define a car with 4 doors, awd, and tons and tons of computers a "sports car"? ill admit, it performs very well and is extremely "sporty" but its also going to serve as my everyday and only car. a true sports car would never have more than 2 seats , would have 2 doors, no electric motors, and only the rear wheels delivering power, and it would only be used for motor SPORTS
by your definition that is a "sportscar" ...even though the evo is fast in every aspect to the caliber of twice the price "SPORTS CARS"
Go take a look at a X, they are worlds beyond the 8 and 9, I promise. And they drive smoother and quieter too. Much more mainstream. Still quick and nimble too. Maybe still not as nice as the Outback, but they'll be good. The STi and X have come a long way since their '03-'04 days for sure...
And yeah, you buy it for performance, but... still, there's a fine line. When the interior of your 30k car feels cheaper than a rental's... that's the line. And that's the 8 and 9. The G6 I had a while back as a rental was WAY nicer on the inside than even the 9 with SSL.

its a pig!!! 3,600 lbs 400 lbs more than a IX ..it would take 400hp evo X to beat a 340 hp evo IX how is it nimble??... the interior is better, sure ..but all i need for an evo is recaro seats a shifter and a momo steering wheel. i dont think im gonna need to check the temperature outside or use cruise control while on the throttle
more mainstream?? yesss... but 10 doesnt mean better...it just means its newer.
