I don't think we'll ever see any pics on this. By now, the OP is probably too embarrassed by all the responses to ever show the car.

I was really looking forward to seeing: a) a Lancer w/ Evo body parts or b) an Evo that barely runs.

Have you looked under the hood? Does it say mivec turbo on the valve cover?

I just paid 22,500 for an evo9 with 13,000 miles on it. I drove it easy for 500 miles, not a single launch and now the clutch is slipping. I sold my old DD already too.
