help fog flicker after install 55w 10K HID

help fog flicker after install 55w 10K HID

Anyone have this issue because I just install an 55w 10K on my 08 MR and the light is flicker like crazy and the shop said I need to get a cap because voltage is not sable and I m planning to get an Rockford 2farad cap so please can anyone help before I spend more $$$$$$.

with relay do I need to cut wires because I don't want to cut wire

You will, but the reason why it is flickering is because there is not enough current flowing to the ballasts to maintain a stable beam. You need to wire in a relay that draws power directy from the battery.

Thanks I just got her 2 weeks ago and her name is "Panda"

and plus I think on getting a 2 farad cap because I don't like cutting wires I learn my lesson last time and thanks for all of you guys trying to help

I don't think a capacitor is going to help your HID problems. Maybe im wrong. Your audio system and HID system are on entirely different circuits.

Thanks guys I slove the issue and foglight is now work fine, I used resistor and no cutting wires.
