mine used to do that in winter (in Idaho), when i moved to AZ it never happened again

take it to the dealer and they can diagnose it, if its faulty then they should replace it

acd lights

I had the same problem, i bleeded the system but all the lights still came on. I took it to the dealer and they told me that they would have to bleed the system before they do anything else. They told me is that works then i would have to pay $150, but if it didnt that i would need a new pump and it would be covered under warranty. I got a new pump under warranty.

its easy to bleed your acd yourself. i have done it a couple times on my own evo after clutch installs. 15-30 minutes and save yourself the money from bringing it to the stealership

what are the lights doing? are they constantly on? slowly blinking/fading?

when the trans fluid is low it will kinda fade or blink on and off. seems as if it is an acd issue, im sure you could find any info on bleeding in by searching here.
