Anyone Have an autometer boost guage?
Just curious to know if any of you guys run the autometer ultralite boost guage? Wondering how accurate they are??? I fell like mine is alittle off!
When I bench tested one it was within 0.5 PSIG on the pressure side from 1 to 25 PSIG and within 1" Hg from 1 to 20. Much closer than a human can read dynamically while watching the gauge.
You can also dump the data electronically for data logging.
Make sure you have large diameter tubing between the manifold and sensor the shorter the better for response times.

Not tested against map sensor in Evo, but tested in my WRX usng UTEC. still stock boost in Evo, 16-17 vac. reading at idle, 19-20 psi full boost. Maybe dead accurate was an overstatement but never had a problem with it in three different cars.
