/\ are you guys sure its not stock? It doesn't look that big at all to me. you can still see the inlet and outlet pipes on the sides.

 

Yeah, but the core is thicker, and the endtanks are bigger which you can't tell from the photo.

 

Gotcha /\...but he is on stock turbo, is there any benefit to an aftermarket intercooler for his setup? Seems like it might cause a drop in pressure across the system and it may not actually be able to cool better than stock. I don't know this to be true, but I would recommend upgrading to a more reputable intercooler when you buy a bigger turbo, but I guess the really depends on what you plan on doing with the car.

 

its definatly an ams knockoff ebay intercooler! ive never ran one personally but i know people who have, and seen 420 whp out of one, no leaks!! not a big deal, looks pretty good!

looks like ebay. Mine has worked great and so have many others. alot of people say it is the same core as the one it knocks off. But you decide for your self. A little stencil in the center and it looks and performs like the one for 3 times the price.
