buy or wait?
I LOL'd when I read this:
" This Lancer Evolution has all of the options you need, even premium custom wheels"
...incase you didn't notice they are not the "premium" BBS wheels that came on the car from the factory, they are off a GSR

i would never buy a used evo unless i was sure i was going to be upgrading the trans, clutch, turbo and block in the near future and had the funds to do so. i drive an evo and i know how i drive it. HARD! but good hard. Stuff breaks even if ur a good driver and take care of ur car. imagine if some idiot had the car before u. People do some strange stuff to cars. but if ur a gambler do what u want.
the ad reads like the dealer doesnt know what they are looking at. If you can find someone local who knows about evos, have them look at it in person, otherwise dont buy it. i think youd be hard pressed to find a dealer who will sell it for back of 20k though
I always laugh when I read the ads of people parting out all of their aftermarket to turn it in to a dealer just like this car. I wouldn't touch this car with a 10' pole.If you buy a new car and mod it with new parts then at least you know what you're getting. Not affordable for most people, though.

I was going to ask if those are stock MR wheels for the VIII, but people seemed to already clarify that. With that alone I would make them knock the price down (use it against them if you indeed go for it, since they are wrong/lying).
I wouldn't do anything without someone that knows a great deal about Evo's peering over it first such as someone on here with experience, or preferably someone from a shop that you might be taking it to for mods.

I didn't read all the response, but I wouldn't pay no more than 18k for that car. It really comes down to you if you think it's worth it. The car may be worth it to you, but to someone else it may not.
