Its prety easy to find a 9 with low miles I bought mine about 2 years ago with 2200 miles on it used for $27,000. Its really what one do you like more. Either way your not going to be disapointed its an EVO

it all comes down to price man, ive owned an 8 and 9, i was about to get a X but got an sti cuz its more suttle, what are your plans, are you a hands on install guy( 9 is easyer to work on )

This is going to be mostly a daily driver for me and yes Im more of a hands on install type of guy. Dont get me wrong I do ask for help whenever I need it. I had a dillema as well on choosing an Evo X over the latest STI. I guess if time and money permits. I'll install basic bolt-ons then aero stuff, I already have a carbon lip and vents. I need a drop ASAP and am very careful on choosing the right coilovers for my X.
