oil drain plug blew out

hah, you probably didnt buy anything from ttp anyways. looks like u need to leave a oil change to the dealer.. lmao!! my 5 year old knows to tighten the bolt.

Yeah you didn't tighten it enough. Well i guess you could assume your engine is fine if you dumped roughly four quarts of oil on the garage floor after getting home. Go get a new drain plug w/ washer and some oil and learn from this mistake that could have been costly.

I have been around enough techs that have forgotten to tighten stuff. Usually it's because some girl in high heels has walked by,LOL.

Anyway, at least your engine is still running. Hopefully you didn't cross thread the pan. Just get a new Drain plug and gasket.
