FP Red Expectations?

Hey everyone,

I have a 2003 Evo 8 with the following mods: (Getting it back from the shop this coming Friday)

Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
HKS Turboback Exhaust/Hi-Flo Cat
Kelford 272/272 Cams
Injen Intake
Injen Upper and Lower Intercooler Piping
FP RED Turbo
ARP Head Studs
780cc Injectors
Forged RS BOV
GM3 Port/Boost Solenoid
ACT Stage 2 Street Disc Clutch

All on pump gas.....

When I had TBE, fuel pump, and the boost solenoid (only), I only put down 265 whp, 299 Ft/LBS of torque on a DYNOJET. I know FP Reds can put down some sick power, but am not sure what to expect.

All of this is being installed as we speak, and wanted to know realisitic expectations of WHP on a Mustang Dyno when it is all said and done. I have seen a lot of posts with similar Mods but running E-85, etc. Any guesses of what I might see? Any input is appreciated......

No one on this forum has any idea on how low the Mustang in San Diego reads^

Look for 340 hp without an intercooler on that dyno, insider estimate from Reese (his tuner)

hey if i had to guess high 300's will be possible depending on the boost and maybe creeping into the 400's. you should really run over 25psi for the turbo to start working. will you be running 91 or 93 octane guess? i have similar mods as you and made the power in my signature with a heat soaked intercooler on a mustang dyno with a correction. i think he said i would have made about 380 or so without the correction. its still a sick turbo!!! you will love it.

i run 93 octane by the way but it depends on a lot of stuff...how well the dyno reads, altitude, gas, condition of the motor etc!

I think you need a little more fuel, maybe 880cc injectors to make more HP with fuel pump....
