Over the past few months i've been collecting enough money to change the overall exterior appearance of my 2003 (Stock) Lancer OZ Rally.

But, since I know little about my car at all, I need some help with what I should choose. For starters, i'm interested in purchasing the new tungsten-halogen projector beam headlamps (aka bluish-white headlights) for my stocked out car. Looking over a few places in the past days, i've seen some similar brands and products for sale however I don't which one would work for my car, and if it's actually what I think it is.

I hate to be the noobie here, but I can't deny it. I'm an idiot when it comes to cars.

If someone can help me out a bit, maybe over AIM, I would really appreciate some help on what I can do with the few money i've collected over time to make my car what i'd like it to be.

Ok, thanks. Would those lights be street legal, as I wouldn't be frisked for having "lights to bright"?

Also, is it possible to get a Lancer Evolution spoiler on a Lancer OZ Rally without buying the ENTIRE kit?

Yeah it's possible. Evo VII spoilers are all over, and Evo VIII spoilers you can get from the dealer (or an Evo owner who's selling theirs) for a pretty big chunk of change.

 

Ok, sounds good. Yet again I return with a question.. XD If I wanted to be cheap, would a "American Product Co. H4 Super White Xenon Bulb 100/80 Watt" lightbulb make a similar effect as to the "HID" lights listed above?
