*Noob Warning* Are these parts interchangeable between GSR and MR?

hey everyone, sorry for such a noob question...
im looking to buy some parts from a MR that is parting out. i believe that everything should fit, but just double checking that it will work with my GSR.

- coilovers
- exhaust
- ic pipe
- bov
- intake

I am almosy positive that lower ic pipes have fitment issues between the 2. Other then that you should be all good!

thanks for the quick replies...

is the lower ic pipe the one that is behind the bumper and connects to the intercooler itself or the one that sits under the radiator cooling plate?

Yes the lower one goes on the drivers side from in front of the radiator to behind it then bends upwards into the throttle body. But the good news is that you don't really need to replace the lower one. Only thing that could be better on the stock lower icp is the rubber coupler that connects it to the throttle body.

There is a transmission cooler on the driver side that is not on the gsr.

The LICP should fit a GSR if it was made for an MR. The extra part is on the MR, so when the pipe was made it had to go around that. The GSR doesn't have this so it should work. GSR to MR doesn't work for sure though.

The BOV will be interchangeable but I think most forum guys here would advise you to steer clear of an aftermarket BOV too. Especially if it is VTA-style.
