You are safe with the t-belt till 70k,that is what my clients have done without problems.Rollers and waterpump are recommended at this time.

Why not take care of the t belt since you're already in there?

Definitely full synthetic oil. You are going to get a TON of recommendations of fluids on here. A bunch of people run AMSOIL products, Redline products..it really boils down to personal preference and how much $ you want to spend. I experimented with a couple different fluids, and went right back to the OEM stuff. But that was MY personal preference.

Do the whole 60k service AT or before 60k. Including timing belt, balance shaft belt, water pump w/ gasket, timing belt hydraulic tensioner, some people replace all the pullies, etc. Do it right. A lot of work.

I'm currently at 70k on my 05 RS. I will be having this service done as soon as the car gets out the body shop.

Your looking between 400-500 in parts then 200-400 in labor depending on where you bring it.

After you've done a few you get pretty quick at it. Parts kit found here

for the front diff/transfer case and rear diff you need to use Diaqueen oil....nothing else....

tranny needs Sycromesh fluid of some kind...i use Amsoil.

and Mobil 1 engine oil or Amsoil...just a fully Synthetic oil.
