I would also recommend TB shaft seals, fuel injector insulator seals, t-bolts around all the ic piping, and especially around the throttle body, and def a aftermarket BOV for the 8 at least, that should cure all boost leak issues... evo is a awesome bang for your buck.

This thread is helpful I was also worried about the t/c everyone tell me that the major issue with these cars is the Trans , I was looking for a mr , just a hard choice . I agree on never buy a heavily moded car u truley never know what has been done to it or if it was done right .

Bought mine a few months ago with about 102k...took it to get checked by moore just this past weekend..no oil leaks, boost leaks and compression wa really good for a cammed car...im love this vehicle. I learning more and more to do my own work on it.
