Will I need to get this tuned or reflashed?

I am looking at getting a evo, it is pretty much stock except for a exhause. The car seems to run perfect, but just wanted to know if I should have this tuned or mapped because of the exhaust (turbo back 2 1/2). I tried using the search and came up with nothing.

Get yourself and intake and a Hallman Pro RX boost controller, and get it tuned by a trusted tuner who knows EcuFlash. Don't anyone talk you into an aftermarket management system. EcuFlash is free and very capable!
