Evo X MR Touring Question!
Evo X MR Touring Question!
Hey all,
My dad is going to purchase an Evo X MR Touring (since we can get it at the price of an MR). No huge spoiler, heated leather seats, sunroof. Thats what he wants.
Anyway, from what I hear the MR Touring's engine noise is softer. While my dad likes the subtle look of the Touring, he still wants that "WOW!! factor" in terms of noise.
I don't know too much about cars and next to nothing about Evo X's, but I'm learning. Is there any way to get the MR Touring's engine sound to that of an MR's or better? I mean, I'm sure there is, but I'd like to know where to get started!
Many thanks for the help guys.

Sound deadening describes the efforts that a car company takes to isolate the exterior sound from the inside. Usually it involves extra materials inserted inside doors or panels to absorb sound. While car enthusiasts like to hear their cars, not everyone wants the engine blaring in their ears all day long. The MR Touring caters toward these individuals who want the performance of an Evo but with a little bit more comfort on a day-to-day basis.
