Car is great.. but I need to make a few changes as these small town cops are all over me.. Front plate and Tint ticket again

Same cop pulled me again. This time he gave me a ticket for not having a front plate instead of a warning. I tried to explain the car didn’t come with the bracket and I am still looking for one. He asked "Why would you buy a car like this?" Then he went on to say the exhaust is till loud. I then asked him how many Harleys he has ever pulled over and he didn’t have anything to say after that. I'm still looking for a front bracket or I will just have to make one. I'm going to remove the tint this weekend. Need to fine a steamer.
I'm going to plead not guilty and try to explain to the judge the whole story.. Probably not worth the time but maybe..
Back at the ranch...
Project Shrek is at final assembly, this 3 day weekend I should be able to get a much done!

Ha.. I know what you are saying.. it was after but he gave me the ticket for the front license plate. He dropped the exhaust after I asked about bikes. I don't think I was going to leave with out something. I was just pissed that the same cop pulled me over again, I explained the first time that I didn't have the bracket, tint doesn't just peal off and that I couldnt afford to buy a whole new exhaust after buying the car.
I went to Wal-Mart to buy a steamer to remove the tint and they didn't have any.. that's my luck
