Forgot to ask, did you luck-out and get the car with the stock Bilsteins still installed?

Yes it has the factory shocks..What is so special about the shocks if you don't mind me asking?

that means it is a "stock" never abused MR. more value in the used car market.

Congrats on your find. I considered 06-07 STIs as well when I was looking for a "second" car, but I just kept coming back to the Evo.

Keep it nice and stock and it will hold its value.

Nice I just hope that doesnt happen to me when I go to buy an evo... Most likely it wont I rode in the evo and it was really nice.

congrats man, I too have an mr and love it. people may say the mr cant handle high torque etc, but you can swap if you feel the need to when u are power hungry but i didnt. THe sti transmission drives funny to me, but has a nice gauge, thats about it for me. I just didnt have the same good feeling as the evo. congrats again!
