So i just finished rolling my rear fenders today and tried putting my ROTA GRIDS on the the fronts and it scrapes my brake pads. Do i need spacers then? Has this happened to anybody?

 

Yes, you need spacers. You'll probably need 5mm to clear them.

 

Would 3mm do? And where could i get spacers? And how much? Thanks for the fast response/

researching "offset" and how it applies to wheel fitment would be more informative. But as you made this thread, i'm betting that research isnt your strong point.

 

Yes it isnt my strong point. LOL!! As im guessing it'll be a faster response on here since its always been and since some of you guys have tried the grids.

 

FYI, Brembo safety specs are 3mm minimum caliper clearance. Use washers on the hub until you achieve this minimum spec, measure washer thickness, and then order either the next highest spacer size or a custom spacer at that size. I have custom spacers all around and they cost barely more than standard 5, 10, 15, etc sizes and come with specific hub lips for my rims. I used these guys:
