does ANYONE in here besides the WRX owner have any personal road course experience in their evos?
i see a bunch of hootin and hollerin but no hard facts besides what the WRX guy has on his car.
Im in favor of mr. WRX because he has what the OP doesnt. EXPERIENCE and that my friends is one of the best mods you can buy.
i don't doubt he could blast buy the OP on track his first day out.
to the WRX guy. ditch those piece of **** pads and you wont have the issues.
Hawk
Carbotech
Cobalt
are three cost effective solutions.

what? i have just as much experience as he does. plus double the hp and the same kind of suspension mods. i can probably beat him going in reverse. u r just making assumptions based on nothing
you know you guys can argue all day and everyday about which is better. Obviously, neither are stockers and you really can't compare apples and oranges. I suggest dyno your cars and see how much you are actually putting out and it's been said so many times, duke it out on the track. To WRX guy, why don't you test drive an actual evo? Test out your friend's or try a stocker out at the dealer. I'd be interested to see whose car actually comes out on top

Haha.. diggz is just messing with all of us. He knows my 205 all season Khumos are a joke so he wants me to do the test with those. Even my 225 slicks are probably no match for the stock 245 evo tires. .
Diggz you went to 1 track day in your sti, 0 in the evo! I've been to 2 in my WRX and I've been there 6 times on bikes so I've got more overall 'track' experience. PLUS I DESTROYED YOU when we raced the go karts! (these were the 'real' fast go karts where you need to wear a helmet and driving skill actually matters) haha how could you even say you won, I lapped you every race session! haha I think your evo has an exhaust leak, your gettin loopy!

heel touge I never had brake fade on the EBC pads, they are good to like 900º and I usually pull off track and let my brakes cool off around 600 º. That gets me 8-10 laps so I'm ok with that since I'm just racing for fun. I'd say 8-10 laps is plenty of time to see the difference on track. And I know his car is faster in every way, I just think its funny to see him spaz out when I argue my WRX can keep up. But in all seriousness, I'm such a better driver than he is, its not that crazy that I could actually keep right up or even lose him in the corners! OHHHHHHhhhhhhh
GO!!!!!!! WRX!!!!!!!!!!!
I want to root for the under dog. If he beats you in your evo with his wrx, that means your going to need a driver mod.
If he loses, it doesn't mean anything because you have the faster, nicer, better handling car.
EVO owns STI
