You're looking at rather pedestrian tires. Why roll the fenders to fit bigger rubber, when it won't grip nearly as well as a better-designed, properly-sized tire/wheel combo and decrease the entire performance envelope due to added rotational mass?

[Edit:] As you may have gathered by now, there were no '07 Evolution in the US.

Thats because he's a ricer. Why put larger and heavier wheels on and use tires that can be fit to the stock wheels? FAIL.

Have to be at least 15 in wide, otherwise it peels out everywhere I go.

You're not making this any easier. Once again, there was no 07MY for an Evo IX. You have a '06 like all the other IX owners. If you want to know why your car was sold in Feb. of 07, scroll down the forum. To give you something else to consider, there's no such thing as a MR SE, but there is a IX MR with an Appearance Package.

You may want to search for the big 6-speed thread and see where and why the transmissions can fail.

Have you decided on better tires, or an alternate plan of some sort?

Where did you go to school at? Who taught you to write? Who taught you your grammar? Please tell me so I can avoid that place.

Now I don't know if you read the posts or not, or maybe you just can't comprehend material quick enough, but there are no 2007 Evos.

And back to your rim question just get some 24 inch Asantis.

Folks probably didn't realize that you're not a native English speaker. Welcome to the forum. Yes, the X came out in 08. There was an 08 model year and a '10 model year for the X, but not 09. Just as there were no 07 IXs, there were no 09 Xs in the US.

As for your wheels and tires, perhaps I can help. How will the car be used? Are you going to run the Evo only on the street, or are you interested in racing? If racing, what kind exactly?
