Mods: 4" ets fmic, 3" turbo back exhaust, aem cold air intake, front mount racing SSP tranny cooler, deep pan, ets uicp and licp, and dyno tune from Aaron at Englishracing

Wasn't 350, but pretty damn close for not all the mods you have. He immediately put on a FP Green, Kelford cams, FIC injectors right after.

 

331whp and 315 torgue? That 's pretty impressive. But mine GSR made 355whp and 360 torgue. The -40 extra foot lbs torque probably cuz of the so called dual clutch automantic trans You should owe me a beer Any way good job searching. I still can talk trash right? here a for u Mister. Peace

 

Congrats on the move/switch over to a real car. I hate stuparoo's. Maybe a little bi-asssed due to growing up on Mitsu's but whatever I am entitled to my own oponion. I laugh at every roo I see on the road or shall I say pass!!

 

Wow ! didn't think that this would turn into a debate on which version is faster. I still love my Evo stick or "automatic" and if I can get 331whp and 315 torque I will be happy with that.....

Yah... not debating... he owes me beer though , since I proved an MR could go over 320 with bolt-ons... so I gotta collect. Why does SC have to be so far away!

But in all seriousness... the MR is a great car you are going to love it. I've had mine for a year and have not had 1 issue (except the staple in the recaro coming, but i just tucked it back in). I drive it in manual mode 100% of the time. Drive it like that and you will be sure to have 100% control. Enjoy!

 

Yeah, I mean the EVO and STI are NOTHING alike. Small displacement 4 cylinder turbo, limited slip all wheel drive systems, impressive power output and cornering speeds, huge track worthy brakes, 4 doors.. man the two are just so different

Seriously though, why would you type something like that its ridiculous. Both are amazing cars. It seems like the evo comes a bit better setup from the factory, handling wise and just doing a few mods for big power output but theres nothing stopping STI guys from keeping right up with a few extra mods.
