Nah, not yet. It's almost done though from what I hear. My original plan of using Evo IV rear LCA's was shot down last night; it seems that they're actually about an inch and a half shorter than the Mirage arms which would be far to much positive camber to be fixed by an alignment. I do know that the 8/9 arms are longer though, so I have a request for measurements posted in the wheel/tire/suspension section on here. We'll see what the outcome is.

Meh, if the Evo 8/9 arms don't end up working; it just means I'll have to go AWD sooner. We'll see though, I got my fingers crossed that they'll work.

Haha, me too...but there is so much involved with that that it would be hard to do it before the engine swap. For AWD I have to cut the trunk floorpan out by drilling out all the welds and then weld a JDM floor in it's place. That makes everything bolt-on, but as I daily my car, I would be without a ride for awhile and that would suck. I may be buying an EG hatch with a blown motor to swap and sell though, so if I get that, maybe I'll just keep it as the daily while I do the floorpan swap...hmm...

Nah, not really, this one just kinda presented itself. A guy my Dad works with has this red EG hatch that I've always liked and he just blew the motor in it this week. Anyway, he asked my Dad if I'd be interested in swapping the motor and he'd pay me. I guess he's thinking of just selling the car now, so I was thinking about picking it up. I actually do alot of computer work as a money making hobby haha.

Will do! Gonna try to get the trunk and wing painted soon and that will complete the entire JDM IV rear end. Coudan conversion will finish it for the exterior.
Anybody wanna donate their stock 8/9 struts? Need a set to get going on the suspension R&D. In addition, a set of Evo 8 seats and an OMP Nardi wheel
will complete the interior whenever I'm in the mood to waste money on non performance stuff LOL. Also, the current issue of Import Tuner has a 5th gen 2dr
Mirage converted to Evo 5 in it! Belongs to a fellow Mirageforums member. Cool that Mirages are finally getting some recognition lol. His car was actually
the inspiration for me to pick this one up. Check it out if you wanna see what these little cars are capable of!

Haha that's the same car. Archie's car back when it was Ferrari Silver and still had the CE28N's on it. I liked it better that color.

Nope LOL it's a secret. A nearby buddy from Mirageforums is hooking me up up with some good parts and I'm planning to pick em up in a week and a half. I'll give you a hint though! It looks like the coudan front conversion may be in the works sooner than I had planned.
