I actually haven't been once this year lol. So road racing then?
Of course! Turning is so much more fun!

If you ever need to measure anything from an IX, let me know.

Not really, steering wheel came in. Gonna take it to the reupholstery shop tomorrow. Also, I gotta repaint the front calipers and use some back to black on some trim pieces before MOD this Saturday. (Mitsubishi Owners Day) That's about it for the moment. I'm working on it though!

Yeah, not much been happening with the car in the last few days. Took it to MOD at the factory in Normal, IL. Still waiting on getting the bus outta my paintbooth. And my front driverside strut blew yesterday after 101,000 so I should be getting some Koni Yellow's for it as well as some Goldline springs hopefully. (Already have new KYB AGX's on the rear) Then I'll have externally adjustable struts on all four corners.

Oh just been fixing little things here and there. I have been working on it alot, but it's
nothing big and exciting lol so I don't bother updating. Since the last update, I've installed
a pair of brand new halfshafts and fixed an issue with a wheel bearing seal squealing.
(weird, I know) I've also used Mothers Back to Black on all trim surfaces except the mirrors
so far and I gotta say, it's really made a big difference. The trim was really badly faded from
10 years of abuse, but now it looks brand new! Also, I'm picking up a set of Koni Yellows for
the front from a friend. The stock struts are both blown and have started clanking when I hit
any kind of bump. Handling sucks now because of it as well. Hopefully I'll snag that stuff this
weekend. I'm sick of the understeer.

Wheel bearing fix videos (only pertinent to Miragers really)

And some pics of how it's looking now: (taken yesterday)

Oh yeah, I also took care of a rubbing issue I had for a long time just before the factory
MOD. After I got the 5lug swap done, the rear wheels rubbed horribly if anyone sat in
the backseat. I started by rolling the fenders, and that helped, but there still was a good
deal of rubbing at the rear corner where the bumper met so in the end I took a diegrinder
to that area and pretty much eliminated the issue. Afterwords I brushed on some
automotive primer and then when that dried, a thick coat of touchup paint. Hopefully that
will keep the rust away.

Will do, sorry this build is slow going, but that stupid bus is STILL in the paint booth so I'm stuck at the moment. When spring rolls
around the bodywork should be finished and everything will be installed. I have everything except the front bumper already now
so I just gotta snag that and get everything painted and it'll look awesome! and be slow... A regular sheep in wolfs clothing.
